Balance & Shift Class

Kathy

The class is rooted in Traditional Hatha Asanas and instructed in calm, sensitive verbal prompts learned through study in trauma sensitive Yoga.

Using gentle techniques and poses, combined with awareness of breath, body & movement; students are guided to find balance and shift toward a more grounding energy.
